Find an exercise routine (or routines) that you enjoy and exercise for 20-30 minutes a day.

It’s incredibly easy to eat an awful lot of junk without realizing it. Keep a journal of everything that you eat. Buy a small notebook and carry it around with you, writing down everything you eat. This will help you see exactly what you are eating and help you to work out which foods are better for you.
